COPY LINK link Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with our client to hire a Travel RN in New Braunfels, TX area. This is an in-person/on-site role providing care in patients' homes within the surrounding service area.

Type:

2-3 month contract (with possibility of extension)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$53-$55.90/hour, depending on experience

Coverage Areas:

60 mile radius around New Braunfels TX

Mileage:

Milage will be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Provide patient care in the home for home health patients in the field.
• Manage patient cases and follow the care plan for each patient.
• Experience in Hospice preferred
• Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed.
• Educate patients on medications, including how to take them safely and correctly.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the care team or physician.
• Document all care, updates, and patient progress in the EMR system (Homecare Homebase if used).

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required and active in the state of practice.
• Prior home health/hospice experience required.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system strongly preferred.

Pay Details:
