Key Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Comfort working with advanced cardiac monitoring technologies
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry for acutely ill patients Provide patient-centered care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions Document observations and interventions accurately Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
