• 39 Port Arthur is hiring LVNs and RNs for our night shift floor nurse team!

This role is heavily involved in overnight resident care, medication administration, admissions support, changes in condition, and helping support the overall flow of the building throughout the night.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing resident care and overnight clinical needs throughout the shift Administering medications and treatments Monitoring residents and responding to changes in condition Supporting admissions, readmissions, and overnight follow-up Leading and supporting CNAs on the floor Responding to call lights, resident concerns, and urgent situations Completing charting and documentation accurately and timely

What We're Looking For:

Active Texas LVN or RN license Long term care or rehab experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Nurses who are dependable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
