Required Skills:

Proven experience working in emergency room and med-surg units Comfortability managing 5-10 patients in a busy ER setting with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 in Med Surg Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with trauma care or critical care settings Additional certifications such as ENPC or CEN Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the state Minimum of 2 years of emergency room or med-surg nursing experience preferred Prior experience working in fast-paced hospital environments

Other Requirements:
