Reporting to the surgery center administrator, the Surgery Center RN Director will lead charge RNs and perioperative leaders across pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and the OR, with strong support from anesthesia, surgeons, case management, infection prevention, and supply chain; responsibilities span strategic planning, staffing and scheduling, budget stewardship, accreditation readiness, clinical education, throughput optimization, and service-line growth.
