1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel contract in a multi-modality cardiac catheterization lab setting requiring at least 2 years of experience and active TX or compact RN licensure. Details Multi-modality cardiac catheterization lab covering Cath, IR, Neuro, Vascular, and EP procedures Hemodynamic monitoring system: Merge Cardio EHR system: Cerner Day shift schedule: 06:30-17:00 13-week contract Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required BLS certification required (AHA accepted) ACLS certification preferred (AHA accepted) Nursys license verification required prior to start Current license and primary source verification required prior to start Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing school required Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address Two professional references required for consideration Copy of Driver's License required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab Responsibilities include patient assessment, positioning, conscious sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and procedure facilitation Prepare, implement, and document individualized plans of care and communicate patient status to the physician throughout procedures Local candidates may be considered; a radius rule applies and may affect the travel pay rate — contact your recruiter for details COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
