Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or home health a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment Willingness to travel and take after-hours calls Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical job duties Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Click HERE for the full job description and requirements.
