Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$50.25/hour Pay Package Discussed Upon Application Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2 employment)

Licensure, Certification, Travel, and other applicable expenses covered/ reimbursed 24/7 Dedicated Support Team to assist throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care to Level 4 NICU patients, including feeder growers and complex ICU neonatal cases Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, monitor for side effects and effectiveness Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and family education Document patient histories, care activities, and treatment responses accurately Support and educate families and caregivers, addressing emotional and social needs with empathy Manage patient assignments efficiently, delegate tasks appropriately, and adapt to clinical contingencies
What You Need Required:
Current RN license in Texas or a Compact State BLS certification (American Heart Association) NRP certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) STABLE certification (from approved courses) At least 1 year NICU experience (preferred)
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Perinatal RN residency or recent NICU experience Ability to attend new nurse orientation within first 30 days of hire About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in San Antonio dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal care.
