• 7am Responsibilities Nurse must be willing to travel up to but no more than 20 miles from home to patient's residence.

Provide one‑on‑one nursing care in the patient's home Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor patient condition and vital signs Manage care for G‑tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators when required Reinforced education to families on patient care and safety Document care accurately using Kantime Electronic Medical Records Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Active Texas LVN or RN license Current BLS certification (must be in-person) Current TB within the last year or Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years Reliable transportation Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required Recent Graduates Welcomed! Training is provided, Must have active license.
