Job Description
PRN Wellness IV Nurse (RN) HydraHive Wellness & MedSpa HydraHive IV & MedSpa is an inclusive, community-driven wellness clinic focused on preventative medicine, IV therapy, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care. We are committed to delivering medically led wellness services in a welcoming, elevated environment where education, integrity, adaptability, and patient experience come first. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong hands-on IV skills and a passion for wellness, preventative care, and patient-centered medicine. This PRN position requires a minimum availability of four shifts per month, with required availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Position Overview This role focuses on IV therapy administration, IM injections, and supporting wellness and hormone optimization protocols within a medically supervised setting. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, calm under pressure, and highly skilled in venipuncture. You should be able to create a professional, comfortable experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care. You will play an important role in delivering IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, NAD+ protocols, and hormone support treatments while helping foster the elevated HydraHive experience our clients know and trust. Responsibilities Administer IV hydration therapy and vitamin infusions Perform IM injections, including testosterone injections under provider supervision Support NAD+ and wellness protocols Conduct patient assessments and monitor for adverse reactions Maintain accurate documentation and follow all medical guidelines and protocols Educate clients on wellness services and treatment plans Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven client experience Qualifications Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of hands-on IV insertion experience Strong venipuncture skills, including experience with difficult sticks Experience in ER, hospital, infusion, medspa, or high-volume IV settings preferred Comfortable administering IM injections under provider supervision Strong communication and patient education skills Professional, adaptable, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays What We're Looking For A nurse who embodies "unreasonable hospitality" and patient-first care Passion for wellness, longevity, preventative medicine, and hormone optimization Strong clinical judgment and confidence in IV administration Positive attitude and growth mindset Team player who values professionalism, education, and continuous improvement Compensation & Growth Opportunities Monthly performance-based bonuses Advanced training in wellness and hormone optimization protocols Exposure to cutting-edge longevity and preventative medicine treatments Supportive, medically led leadership team Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding wellness brand
