Qualifications CPR Certification LVN BLS Certification Full Job Description Schedule:

Sat & Sun 9pm-8am We are seeking dependable, dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a male adult patient.

Responsibilities:

Under direction of RN, administer skilled nursing care for GT/Vent patient. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members and other third party payer. Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Qualifications:

Graduated an accredited school of vocational nursing. Have a Texas State License as a LVN. Pass background check. Is certified in CPR and has TB shot. Able to lift up to 80lbs.
