Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success What You'll Do Provide routine and complex nursing care within the Cath Lab setting, following established protocols and standards Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment side effects Document patient history, treatments, and care provided accurately Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and health management Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Participate in call coverage including STEMI call (16-20 days out of 6 weeks) and on-call duties during weekends (3 weekends out of 6) Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical competency
What You Need Required:
Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA only) Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state At least 1 year of RN experience in a related clinical setting; new graduates accepted with onboarding Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts
Preferred:
