Schedule/Hours:
3 days per week 12-hour shifts, 7PM - 7AM Six weekend shifts required per 6-week periodKey Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Respond skillfully to a variety of routine and complex patient needs, managing and delegating tasks effectively to support clinical workflow. Administer medications and treatments per protocol, closely monitoring results. Document patient condition, care provided, and response to treatment, maintaining accuracy and compliance with standards. Educate patients and families, tailoring instruction to suit individual learning needs and support recovery. Complete ongoing professional competency requirements and participate in all orientation and residency programs as needed.Requirements:
Active RN License in Texas or compact state.BLS, ACLS, PALS
(AHA only), and TNCC certifications (all current). Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of one year's experience in an emergency room setting preferred. Willingness to participate in ongoing education, orientation, and annual competency verifications.Benefits & Travel Perks:
