Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license Proven experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing BLS certification (required) Strong assessment, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to ensure comprehensive patient coverage Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support holistic care plans
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians and other staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care Uphold strict patient safety and infection control protocols Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate as necessary Take your nursing career to the next level where your clinical expertise and compassionate care truly matter.
