Job Description

Rock House... Be a part of a team who "cares for the least of these," and building fulfilling futures for you and others. Rock House is a family-owned business that has been a leader in residential, foster, and in-home support and care for persons with special needs. If you are an RN who wants a fun job working daytime hours, physically non-demanding work, and a place where you can build long-term relationships with patients, Rock House is the place for you! 20-25 hours/week. Responsibilities include monitoring on-going medical needs of residents in group home settings. Performs nursing assessments, develops and implements nursing care plans and other clinical documentation. Delegation of medication and training regarding medication needs.
