RN-Registered Nurse Home Health PRN

We are a small town, family-owned home health agency servicing the East Texas area and we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our patients. If you are interested in making a difference, please do not hesitate to apply. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients for changes in condition and report appropriately. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory standards. Timely paperwork submission. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Competence in infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in home health and OASIS Assessments, Kinnser/Wellsky a plus. Strong clinical skills, including the ability to catheterize, wound care/wound vac, tube feedings, ostomy care and labs/IV infusions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a home health environment. Commitment to providing compassionate care that respects the dignity of each patient.

Pay:

$48.00 - $53.00 per hour
