We are currently expanding our services across the United States and are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Independent Contractors. Job Overview We are seeking urgently a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being for individuals of all ages. Your expertise will support a wide range of medical services, including acute care, long-term care, outpatient procedures, and specialized treatments. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual needs. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while monitoring for adverse reactions. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection, processing, and interpretation of results. Provide specialized treatments including IV infusion, catheterization, wound suturing, ostomy care, and aseptic techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage patient care plans by collaborating with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services like discharge planning and long-term care. Operate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner to document medical records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance. Support emergency procedures including airway management, ventilator operation, acute pain management, trauma medicine, and triage in urgent situations. Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics such as medication administration, nutrition, disease management (including infectious disease care), and post-acute care strategies. Experience Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including Level I & II trauma centers), clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings. Critical care experience in ICU or emergency room settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9). Hands-on experience with specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization, sonography, gastroscopy or spinal taps is a plus. Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing standards to ensure patient safety. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays in settings like memory care or behavioral health is advantageous. Strong understanding of physiology knowledge, medical terminology, CPT coding for procedures, and laboratory experience for diagnostic evaluation. Ability to handle high-pressure situations in acute care environments such as trauma centers or urgent care clinics while demonstrating excellent patient assessment skills. Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable U.S. state Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or community care preferred) Valid government-issued photo ID Criminal background check (Live Scan or state requirement) Up-to-date vaccination records (as per state and client requirements) Malpractice insurance (preferred) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently in home and community settings Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
