Hours:

This is a true PRN position. Initial visit volume may only consist of a few hours per week as new clients are enrolled. As our Houston client census grows, nursing visits are expected to increase to approximately 40 hours per month. What You'll Be Doing Conducting nursing assessments in client homes Completing supervisory visits with caregivers present Reviewing medications, safety concerns, and health status Monitoring client condition and identifying changes Updating care plans and clinical documentation Communicating with families, caregivers, and office staff Providing oversight and support to ensure quality care Qualifications Active Texas RN license in good standing Minimum one year of RN experience Home Health, Hospice, Case Management, Clinic, or Community Health experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and professionally Why Nurses Join Harmony At Home Many of our nurses come from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and traditional home health agencies.
