Demonstrates knowledge and competency in performing baseline nursing skills outlined by agency and Director of Nursing Communicates effectively with patient, RN, DON, and Nursing staff at the agency Documents patient status, needs, problems response and teaching in a timely fashion as outlined by agency and Director of Nursing Completes documentation timely and accurately Follows the Plan of Care developed by the RN that includes realistic and measurable goals and appropriate nursing interventions to produce desired outcomes with patients
