Job Description Will primarily provide health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of a physician. This includes, patient examination, comprehensive physical examinations, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Qualifications State of Texas License as a Nurse Practitioner Preferred general or community health medical experience. Licensed to practice in jurisdiction as required by the State. Preferred general or community health nursing experience. Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position. Must be able to adhere to all client related policies and procedures including confidentiality.
