LVN PRN - Hospice

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Hospice setting. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in patient assessments and treatments while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality. Duties Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Assist in ventilating patients when necessary and monitor their vital signs. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Experience Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and medical protocols. Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Experience in a Hospice setting. Paper charting. Requirements Active LVN license in good standing with the state of Texas. Up to date Immunizations. Must complete all pre-employment screenings required by client. At least 1 year under LVN license.
