What You'll Do Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic services Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and anatomy Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive retention and long-term loyalty Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and ongoing aesthetic care Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and success What We're Looking For Active RN license Previous experience as a medical aesthetic injector Strong clinical skills with a natural, artistic approach to facial aesthetics Excellent communication and consultation abilities Patient-focused mindset with a passion for helping others look and feel their best Desire for continued learning and professional growth within the aesthetics industry Preferred Qualifications Established patient following or book of business Active social media presence showcasing aesthetic work and results Experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting Comfortable discussing treatment plans, patient education, and converting consultations into long-term patient relationships Why Join This Team?
