This travel nursing opportunity will uniquely position you on units that include a mix of rehab, surgical, and respiratory patients. Schedule/Hours:
Full time, 7AM - 7PM (Day shift)
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in TX or compact state BLS certification (AHA required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred 1 year of RN experience in a related specialty preferred Epic charting experience preferred Trach/Vent, hi-flow oxygen, and/or rehab experience recommended
Responsibilities:
Deliver care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation consistent with ANA standards Administer medications/treatments and monitor patient response Document patient conditions and care provided in the medical record Address complex physical, psychological, and social needs for patients and families Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence, leading or delegating as appropriate Provide education and support to patients, family members, and caregivers
