We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at Camp Wood in Uvalde, Texas. Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and developing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your expertise and passion for nursing will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and developing individualized care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely intervention and optimal outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve care and patient outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans Maintain confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas [To be filled in] minimum one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse How to
