Step into hospice nursing with real autonomy, steady support, and pay that reflects the work.
Role:
RN Case Manager —
Hospice Location/Type:
Victoria, TX • Field-based •
Full-time Pay:
$75,000-$85,000 + on-call pay + mileage
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM What you'll do Manage a hospice caseload across Victoria-area communities. Complete nursing assessments in homes and care settings. Build care plans with MD, MSW, chaplain, and CNA. Teach families pain, symptom, and medication management. Keep EMR charting accurate and on time. Join a shared on-call rotation with fair coverage. Must-haves Active Texas RN license. Able to work field-based across Victoria-area communities. Comfortable teaching families during difficult moments. Able to manage documentation in an EMR. Ready for weekday and weekend on-call rotation. Must live within reasonable distance of Victoria. Nice to have Hospice experience. Home health experience. SNF, LTC, ER, ICU, or step-down background. Bilingual skills. Perks & pay
Pay:
$75,000-$85,000 based on experience. Flat on-call pay for weekdays and weekends. Extra pay for after-hours visits. Mileage reimbursement for field travel. Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Schedule & setup Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Weekday on-call about 2x/week. Weekend on-call about 1 in 3. Field-based in Victoria and surrounding communities.
