Position Overview Seeking a Contract Registered Nurse - Home Health (RN) to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (until patient visits are complete)

Required as needed based on staffing and branch needs 3. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Complete patient assessments and develop care plans. Document care accurately using Homecare Homebase. Educate patients and families on medications and home care. Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Maintain compliance with OASIS documentation and home health standards. 4. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience . Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) . Minimum 1 year of OASIS documentation experience. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program. BSN preferred. 6. Certifications Active RN License. Current CPR Certification. Valid Driver's License. 7. Preferred Qualifications CHPN certification. Experience with venipuncture, IV therapy, wound care, and home health nursing. Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits.

$2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
