Qualifications:
Current RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing BLS certification (additional ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment and patient advocacy skills Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Ability to adapt to new settings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical setting Monitor, assess, and document patient progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians and care teams for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Uphold safety and infection control standards
