Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
Registered Nurses (RN) receive $38/hour. Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) start at $32/hour.Schedule:
12-hour shifts operating from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.Benefits:

Responsibilities Administer medications and clinical treatments according to provider orders. Complete daily electronic charting and documentation using PointClickCare (PCC) software. Monitor resident clinical status changes and communicate updates to physicians and families. Guide floor aides to ensure consistent care delivery throughout the shift. Atmosphere & Environment Our facility operates with 88 beds at 101 S San Marcos St in Whitney, Texas. The compact building layout allows floor teams to monitor resident needs closely without excessive transit times. Qualifications Active Texas RN License or Texas LVN License. Valid BLS/CPR certification is required for LVN applicants. One year of LTC/SNF experience is preferred. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) software is preferred. Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs). Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
