This facility holds a CMS 5-Star Status across Overall, Health, and Quality ratings. We are evaluating serious applicants who desire to be the best in clinical operations. The starting pay is $34/hour. This rate scales upward based on your nursing license type and professional experience. This role integrates clinical compliance audits with staff schedule architecture to protect our facility ratings.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
Starting at $34/hour, dependent on RN or LVN licensure and experience.
Schedule:
Full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + On-Call.

Responsibilities Build and manage the daily clinical staffing schedule for nursing departments. Deliver orientation and ongoing skills education to facility personnel. Audit clinical documentation and scheduling data to verify compliance with state and federal metrics. Monitor patient-to-staff ratios to maintain quality care standards. Support the Director of Nursing with facility leadership and clinical tracking.
Qualifications Licensure:
Valid Texas RN or LVN license.
Background Check:
Must pass a criminal background check.
Drug Test:
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
