Graveyard Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graveyard Nurse to join our healthcare team during overnight shifts. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, and ensure safety and comfort during the nighttime hours. Your expertise in critical care, emergency response, and medical documentation will be essential in delivering seamless care to diverse patient populations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to clients. Duties Functions independently to perform intake medical assessments. Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic test relative to patients age- specific needs. Implements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability, including but not limited to serving in the first assisting role. Monitors the effectiveness of interventions Facilitates the patients transition within and between health care settings, e.g. admitting, transferring, and discharging patients. Dispensing/wasting of medications Take vitals daily Collaborated with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals. Facilitates staff, patient and family decision making by providing educational tools.
