Job Description
Administrator
- Logan Skilled Nursing Facility Rocky Mountain Care is seeking an exceptional leader to join our best-in-class continuum of care as the Administrator of our Logan Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of health services in a care facility, nursing home, or home care setting
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services to residents or clients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of health services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
- Manage budgets and financial resources to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents or clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and community organizations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care and healthcare management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management within the healthcare industry, preferably in senior care or working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent financial acumen for budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, clients, staff, and external stakeholders
