Job Description

Administrator
  • Logan Skilled Nursing Facility Rocky Mountain Care is seeking an exceptional leader to join our best-in-class continuum of care as the Administrator of our Logan Skilled Nursing Facility.
This is a unique chance to lead a successful operation today while helping shape the future of senior care in Cache Valley. The selected leader will guide our current team and facility through the transition to a new state-of-the-art 120-bed skilled nursing facility, with an assisted living community located adjacent to the campus, scheduled for completion in approximately 18 months. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about building a culture of excellence, relentlessly maintaining 100% occupancy, maintaining a five-star focus, delivering outstanding clinical and customer outcomes, optimizing financial performance, and establishing the facility as the provider of choice in the region. We want someone who will become actively engaged in the community, build meaningful relationships, and serve as an ambassador for the Rocky Mountain Care continuum. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operations of health services in a care facility, nursing home, or home care setting
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services to residents or clients
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of health services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents or clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care and healthcare management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in operations management within the healthcare industry, preferably in senior care or working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent financial acumen for budget management and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, clients, staff, and external stakeholders
