RN Hospice/Home Health Moab, UT 13 Weeks 40 Hours/Week Days 2 years of experience Registered Nurse Home Health/Hospice Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in a hospice setting, focusing on comfort and quality of life for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions. Monitor vital signs and document changes in patient conditions. Provide family planning guidance and support for families navigating end-of-life decisions. Requirements Current nursing license in the state of practice. Experience in inpatient settings preferred; familiarity with PICU is a plus. Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin treatment is desirable. Strong skills in assessing and managing vital signs. #Nurse2026
