Job Description
Description We are seeking a Motivated RN to join our team in Utah County as a Case Manager to assist with performing 60 day recertification assessments, admission visits, resumption of cares, CNA supervision, routine nursing visits and care coordination. This person will have a clear path of career trajectory and growth within Amazing Care alongside hands-on training. The schedule is flexible!
