The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical aesthetics, including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, with a strong background in patient care across various clinical settings. This role involves administering injections, performing patient assessments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Candidates with experience in ophthalmology, dermatology, or plastic surgery are encouraged to apply. The RN Injector will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized aesthetic treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. Duties Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures following established protocols and aseptic techniques Perform laser treatments Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, evaluating suitability for procedures, and developing individualized treatment plans among other things Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and manage any adverse reactions promptly Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times Ensure compliance with state regulations, protocols, and safety standards Collaborate with Glow Med Spa to support clinic growth and retention Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, including esthetic laser treatments and injectable techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Any additional office needs Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current Utah state licensure Proven years of experience administering injections, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers Proven years of experience administering laser treatments Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic procedures Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and provide exceptional patient care Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams Excellent communication, bedside manner, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently while being a team player What We Offer Supportive, positive, and growth-oriented work environment Competitive compensation with opportunity for bonuses/commission A positive work environment where we pay for experience and expertise Flexible scheduling Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Employee discounts on services and products
