Scheduled shifts including nights and weekends Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Roosevelt, Utah. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with chronic renal failure, oversee dialysis treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients on disease management and self-care. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care. Supervise and support Dialysis Technicians in daily operations. Monitor dialysis equipment and ensure proper testing, cleaning, and disinfection. Educate patients regarding dialysis treatment, medications, diet, fluid management, and vascular access care. Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide immediate patient care when needed. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans effectively. Coordinate with social workers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes. Assist with inventory management, medication ordering, and supply stocking. Requirements ✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Utah or Compact License) ✔ Current BLS Certification ✔ Minimum 6 months of dialysis experience preferred ✔ Experience caring for chronic renal failure patients preferred ✔ Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills ✔ Ability to work nights, weekends, and scheduled shifts

Pay:

$1,900.00 - $2,040.00 per week
