Job Description

Summit Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Director of Nursing to help lead and scale our clinical team. We are growing, and we need a strong nursing leader who can do more than keep the wheels on. We need someone who can build structure, lead people well, protect quality, and raise accountability across the organization. This is a key leadership role for someone who wants to help shape the future of a high-growth home health and hospice company. What you'll do: Lead nursing operations across home health and hospice Ensure strong clinical quality and compliance Build, coach, and hold a high-performing clinical team accountable Improve systems, workflows, and consistency Partner with leadership to support growth without lowering standards Solve problems early and take ownership of outcomes What we're looking for: Active Utah RN license Leadership experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care Strong people leadership and accountability skills Operational mindset — not just clinical knowledge Able to build systems and lead through change Direct communicator with high standards This role is for you if: You are a leader, not just a supervisor You know how to build structure in a growing environment You care deeply about patient care and team performance You are comfortable making decisions and owning results This role is not for you if: You need a highly bureaucratic environment to succeed You avoid difficult conversations or performance management You prefer maintaining the status quo over building something better

Pay:
