• Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care for a patient with Parkinson's disease in a private home setting.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and comfortable assisting with nighttime mobility and bathroom needs.

Patient Needs:

Parkinson's disease support, overnight supervision, mobility assistance, and toileting assistance Responsibilities The CNA will be responsible for providing safe, respectful, and attentive overnight care, including: Remaining in the home overnight to monitor and support the patient Assisting the patient with getting out of bed safely during the night Helping with bathroom duties 1-3 times per night , as needed Providing transfer and mobility assistance to reduce fall risk Supporting the patient with personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy Observing and reporting any changes in condition, behavior, mobility, or safety concerns Following the care plan and family instructions Maintaining a calm, clean, and safe environment overnight Providing reassurance and companionship as needed Qualifications Current CNA certification in good standing Experience with Parkinson's disease, dementia, mobility issues, or elder care preferred Comfortable working overnight in a private home Able and willing to wake during the night to assist with toileting and mobility needs Reliable, compassionate, patient, and safety-focused Ability to assist with transfers and ambulation CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must pass background check and provide references Ideal Candidate The ideal caregiver is calm, trustworthy, and attentive during overnight hours. This role is best suited for someone who understands that the patient may need help during the night and is willing to respond promptly and kindly when assistance is needed.
