FULL TIME EMPLOYEES
are eligible for: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Vision insurance Weekly schedules available: 3 x 12 hr shifts 4 x 10 hr shifts 5 x 8 hr shifts Choose your own hours: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends
Weekends PRN License/Certification:
Utah RN or LPN license (Required) Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care by performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Assist with catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
