Intake Nurse Woods Cross, UT 84010 Apply Overview Salary Range $28.00 - $32.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Travel Percentage None Category Nurse Apply Description Intake / Admissions Nurse Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate admissions for incoming Skilled Nursing patients (does not include direct patient care) Verify and enter physician orders Identify level of care needed Receive and give verbal orders accurately Review clinical documentation to determine Skilled Nursing placement Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly with medical providers Work closely with referring hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, patients, and families Manage after-hours and weekend referrals (rotating on call) Schedule Monday - Friday (day shift) Rotating weekends and on-call (approximately every 6 weeks) This position complies with the CMS Mandate for
