Aesthetic nursing is one of the most sought-after specialties in the profession — and breaking in is the hardest part. We're offering the right RN a genuine foot in the door. Our Loudoun County practice is home to board-certified plastic surgeons, happy patients, and a team-first culture that people genuinely love being part of. Our patients arrive healthy, excited, and motivated. There is no bedside crisis here — just skilled, purposeful clinical work in a beautiful setting. This is a hands-on clinical role with real breadth. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our surgeons — scribing during consultations, assisting with in-office procedures and injectable treatments, and playing a critical part in the pre- and post-operative patient experience. Aesthetic medicine experience is not required — we will train an exceptional nurse who brings clinical precision, genuine warmth, and a passion for this specialty. WHAT YOU'LL DO

— Guide patients through their full visit experience — Scribe for plastic surgeons during consultations — Assist with in-office procedures and injectables — Play a critical part in pre- and post-operative care — Perform medical photography — Maintain EMR records with precision — Educate patients on recovery and aftercare — Draw blood, administer injections, change dressings — Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms — Manage supply and injectable inventories

WHO YOU ARE

— Active Virginia RN license (required) — New graduates warmly considered — Clinical background in any acute setting — Passion for aesthetics and cosmetic medicine — Genuinely warm and patient-focused — Polished communicator — written and verbal — Meticulous and highly organized — A true team player — Bilingual a meaningful plus, not required — Professional, discreet, and trustworthy Start your aesthetic career where it counts.
