Essential Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license One year or more of recent CVOR experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong understanding of cardiac surgical procedures, protocols, and sterile techniques Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient care Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and response to treatment Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety policies Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and support staff for seamless perioperative care
