$78.00/hour Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult medical and surgical patients. Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as ordered. Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards. Requirements Active RN license BLS required Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required Strong assessment, time management, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple patient assignments in a fast-paced environment Why Virginia?
