Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current and active RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry or a closely related nursing specialty Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities Adaptability to new electronic medical record systems and facility protocols
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a telemetry setting Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff Monitor vital signs and interpret cardiac rhythms, intervening as needed Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols Document patient status, interventions, and progress promptly and accurately Educate patients and families on disease processes, monitoring, and post-discharge care
