Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1-2 years of recent CVICU experience Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills BLS and ACLS certification (current) Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams Capable of responding calmly and efficiently in critical situations Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill cardiovascular patients Administer and monitor life-sustaining treatments, including drip titration, ventilator and cardiac device management Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families Maintain meticulous patient records and participate in daily rounds
