Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment—specific schedules to be discussed upon interview
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients, ensuring rapid responses to any changes. Administer prescribed medications, coordinate care plans, and facilitate patient education to promote optimum health outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care strategies. Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Provide compassionate support and clear communication with patients and families.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in Virginia (or compact licensure eligibility) Telemetry experience in an acute care setting preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
