Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing, treating, and managing acute and chronic wounds, while providing patient education and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide wound care treatments including debridement, dressing changes, and infection management Monitor and document wound healing progress accurately Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, prevention, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards Assist with vascular and procedural support as needed Qualifications Active RN or NP license in Virginia Wound care certification (WCC, CWON, or CWCN) preferred or willingness to obtain Minimum of [1-2+] years of wound care or related clinical experience Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities EMR experience preferred : E-Clinical Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401K Supportive team environment Why Join Us?
