1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring Neuro IR experience, critical care background, and on-call availability. Details 13-week contract in a hospital Interventional Radiology department All cases are completed in the IR lab Day shift: 7:30am-6:00pm (10-hour shifts) 40 hours per week On-call required, rotating with core staff with a 1-hour response time Weekend coverage handled via on-call rotation, approximately 1 weekend per month 1-2 on-call shifts per week expected
EMR:
Epic experience required Maroon scrubs are provided by the facility Requirements Active VA or Compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Neuro IR experience is required Critical care experience is required Must be proficient with IV placement and management Must be able to read and interpret ECG strips and lethal rhythms (ECG exam required) Additional Information Candidates must pass an ECG exam prior to placement One week of unit orientation provided Holiday coverage expected: 1 major and 1 minor holiday
