Premium Residential Treatment CenterAbout the OpportunityNurseAmerica is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing per diem staffing pool supporting a premier residential treatment center in Glen Allen, Virginia.

If you're looking for greater flexibility and a supportive work environment outside of traditional acute care, this opportunity offers the ability to choose your schedule while making a meaningful impact on patients' recovery.

Behavioral health experience is not required. Nurses with strong clinical skills from a variety of healthcare settings are encouraged to apply.

Shift AvailabilityFlexible Per Diem SchedulingDay and Night Shifts AvailableWeekday and Weekend OpportunitiesChoose shifts based on your availabilityKey ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive nursing assessments.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.

Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.Promote a safe and therapeutic residential environment.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care.

QualificationsActive, unrestricted Virginia RN license or Compact (NLC) license.

Current BLS certification.

One to two years of nursing experience is preferred.

Experience in med-surg, behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or related settings is beneficial.

Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.

Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
