This position offers the opportunity to provide a comprehensive range of aesthetic services within a respected, physician-led dermatology practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in evidence based medicine, is passionate about aesthetics, committed to exceptional patient care, and eager to help patients achieve their cosmetic goals through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cosmetic consultations and develop personalized treatment recommendations
- Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Perform microneedling procedures
- Provide treatments utilizing Secret™ RF technology
- Perform Vanquish™ body contouring treatments
- Provide Ultherapy® skin tightening and lifting treatments
- Educate patients regarding procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient experiences
- Support the continued growth and development of the practice's cosmetic services through social media, community events, product highlights etc.
Qualifications:
- Current Virginia PA, of RN license required; NP candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in cosmetic dermatology, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or a related specialty preferred
- Experience with injectables and/or aesthetic devices strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
