At Waterview Health & Rehab, our RNs play a key role in clinical oversight, team support, and ensuring quality outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy working independently, strengthening their leadership skills, and making a direct impact on resident care and team performance. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess resident conditions, intervening as needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and facility standards Support and guide nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs Respond to changes in condition and emergencies with clinical judgment Apply Today Start as early as next week Walk-ins welcome: 10:00 AM
